Presentation of a photo ID matching the applicable vaccination or negative test documentation is required for all event attendees. Please note that antigen tests, including all home or other rapid tests, are not acceptable proof of negative testing. PCR test are readily accessible via your local pharmacy.

Vaccination cards must show receipt of (i) all doses of the applicable vaccine no less than two (2) weeks prior to the start of the relevant event and (ii) all boosters (received at any time prior to the event) with respect to which the attendee is eligible, in order for vaccination to be considered up-to-date.

I was vaccinated but can't find my card. What should I do?
You can get easily get a PCR test Or If you did not receive a vaccination card or you lost it, you should first contact your vaccination provider. If you are unsuccessful in obtaining proof of vaccination from your vaccination provider, you should reach out to your state health department’s immunization information system (IIS). All vaccination providers must report COVID-19 vaccinations to the applicable IIS. You can find state IIS information on the CDC website. State health departments will either email or mail a copy of your vaccination card, although it may take several weeks for you to receive it.
What is meant by "up-to-date vaccination" or "fully vaccinated?"
Per CDC definitions, a person is "fully vaccinated" two (2) weeks following their receipt of a primary series of an approved COVID-19 vaccine. A person is considered "up-to-date" on vaccination if they have additionally received all recommended booster doses with respect to which they are eligible. To attend a event you must have up-to-date vaccination status or provide negative results from a nucleic acid amplification COVID-19 test, which includes PCR among other tests (see here for more information).
Can I just wear a mask instead of showing proof of a vacation or a negative test result.
No, we need to ensure a safe environment for all of our guest.
I already had COVID-19 so chose to not receive vaccination. Would I still need to get vaccinated or present a negative test to attend a retreat?
Data continues to emerge, however at this time it has been shown that individuals with previous SARS-CoV-2 infection can still become reinfected with the virus. And although previous infection does provide some protection against reinfection, the presence of antibody in the blood does not predict the level of immunity. It remains uncertain to what degree and for how long individuals with antibodies are protected against re-infection with SARS-CoV-2, or what concentration of antibodies may be needed to provide such protection or prevent transmission. In addition, after initial infection, the chance of reinfection goes down considerably if vaccinated. Accordingly, unvaccinated individuals with a history of previous infection require a negative test to attend events.
Why are you requiring the nucleic acid amplification tests and not the antigen tests?
Laboratory-based NAATs are considered the most sensitive tests for detecting SARS-CoV-2. Antigen tests generally have lower sensitivity than NAAT tests, especially in asymptomatic people, therefore are more likely to show false negative results.
