Vendor Table Guidelines - Women of Project Management Conference
Thank you for being a vendor at the Women of Project Management Conference. To ensure a smooth and successful event for all participants, we have prepared the following guidelines for your vendor table:
1. Booth Setup:
- Please arrive at the designated vendor setup area during the designated load-in times.
- Set up your booth within the allocated space provided for your vendor table.
- Ensure that your booth display is professional, visually appealing, and represents your business effectively.
- Be mindful of the overall flow of traffic and avoid obstructing neighboring booths.
2. Table Display:
- Utilize the provided table(s) for your display, keeping in mind its size and dimensions.
- Arrange your products, promotional materials, and signage in an organized and attractive manner.
- Clearly label your products with prices, if applicable.
- Consider using branded banners, tablecloths, or other visual elements to enhance your booth's branding.
3. Engaging Attendees:
- Be proactive in engaging with conference attendees. Greet them warmly and introduce your products or services.
- Clearly communicate the unique value proposition of your offerings.
- Be prepared to answer questions about your business, product features, pricing, and any special offers.
- Encourage attendees to leave their contact information or sign up for your mailing list if applicable.
4. Marketing Materials:
- Have an ample supply of business cards, brochures, flyers, or other marketing materials to distribute to interested attendees.
- Ensure that your marketing materials are informative, visually appealing, and reflect your brand's messaging.
5. Sales and Transactions:
- Determine your preferred method of accepting payments (cash, credit card, mobile payment apps, etc.).
- Make sure you have a secure and organized system in place for handling transactions.
- Consider providing shopping bags or packaging materials for customers' purchases.
6. Staffing and Breaks:
- Have an adequate number of staff members available to manage your booth throughout the conference.
